Sequential is different from other investors in our market space. Our unique model brings an entrepreneurial approach to private equity investing, making us an ideal buyer for small to mid-sized businesses of quality. We focus on growing quality businesses We seek to build value on top of the already strong foundation laid by prior owners. We tend to focus on companies that are too small for most private equity buyout firms, and too mature for venture capital funds. We are long-term investors We are pursuing durable, lasting value over the long term, as opposed to buying and selling opportunistically based on market volatility. We believe we can afford to pay fair value for quality businesses today provided we see a path to sustainable long-term growth. We will actively manage our investment Our managing partners will take an operating role in the company post-deal. This allows us to invest in situations where current ownership / management is seeking to withdraw from day-to-day operations over time. We are experienced, nimble and flexible Our managing partners are seasoned entrepreneurs, operators and financiers with many years’ experience running and building high-growth companies. We have the ability to respond quickly to new situations and are eager to consider opportunities of strategic interest. Our team is experienced in successfully negotiating, evaluating and executing change of control transactions in a diverse set of markets and circumstances.
