• Discretion. We understand an owner's desire to minimize disruption to the business and will exercise the utmost discretion as we explore a possible transition.
• Fairness. We are long-term investors and intend to acquire companies at fair market value. We will pay a fair price to ensure a healthy transition from the current owners to Sequential.

• Responsive and focused. Our sole responsibility is to find and buy a company. We don't have board or management responsibilities to distract from evaluating acquisitions, and have the latitude to work quickly and with flexibility.We will always provide you with a "yes" or "pass" response in an expeditious manner.
